We are confident in our jewelry, and feel we will overwhelm you with your purchase. However, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your purchase price in a two week span from the day you pickup or receive item. Custom orders are not transferrable for money back and only credit/exchange. Item must be in same condition when it was delivered. 

Our jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty, which protects the wearer from stressing about any damage or repair it may need.

All jewelry from TRESOR JEWELERS  Store comes with a Lifetime Repair policy. If you need to resize or fix some crack or damage, we will gladly fix it, no charge to you. 

During the process of making your purchase or doing a custom ring, we will give you email, text and phone support and answer any questions you may have, including for tips on care for your jewelry.
